Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile .NET Developer to join our team in building and maintaining critical internal applications that power our Finance, Sales, and Operations departments. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle from planning and requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance. In addition to traditional software development, you will play a key role in our company’s digital transformation by using the latest Microsoft AI stack to leverage AI Model and Agents integrated directly into our custom software.
Core Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable application. Be involved in the full stack of development including data modeling, SQL, C#, Windows Forms, Blazor, Web Development, .NET MAUI, .etc.
- System Integration: Build and manage secure integrations between internal databases (SQL Server), ERP/CRM systems, and third-party APIs to ensure a seamless data flow for both traditional apps and AI agents.
- AI Agent Development: Partner with the AI Enablement Specialist and business users to identity use cases in which AI Agents and agentic workflows can solve business needs. Use the Microsoft solutions (Copilot Studio, Foundry, Fabric) to develop AI Agents and integration into existing custom software
- Maintenance & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing legacy applications while optimizing code for performance and security.
- Data Governance: Ensure all applications and AI tools adhere to strict data privacy, security, and ethical standards, particularly when handling sensitive financial and customer information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with C#, .NET, Blazor, CSS, HTML, Javascript, SQL. Experience with Windows Forms, web development and back-end database development.
- Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including schema design, T-SQL, and performance tuning.
- API Design: Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and securing them with modern authentication protocols.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Azure Services and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to collaborate with non-technical business partners to document requirements and transform them into efficient software solutions.
Bonus Qualifications (AI Agent Experience)
- AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks like Copilot Studio, Foundry and Fabric.
- LLM Integration: Experience working with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, or similar models, including knowledge of Prompt Engineering and RAG.
- Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector stores (e.g., Azure AI Search) for building long-term memory in AI agents
